global positioning systems, Dr. Enge directs the GPS
Research Laboratory at Stanford, is a Member of the
National Academy of Engineering, and is a Fellow of both
the IEEE and the Institute of Navigation. In the 1990s,
he led the development of a medium frequency radio
system for the broadcast of differential GPS
corrections, which currently serves over one million
land and maritime users. More recently, Dr. Enge helped
lead the development of the wide and local area
augmentation systems (WAAS and LAAS) that provide GPS
integrity data to airborne users.
Dr. Simon Wong
Professor of Electrical Engineering Department, Stanford
University
Dr. Simon Wong is a Fellow of the IEEE. He was most recently the CEO of
the Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI) in Hong Kong,
China. He is an expert in RF CMOS technology, specializing in high
performance semiconductor devices, advanced interconnection technologies and
high frequency component modeling.
Dr. Bruce Wooley is a Fellow of the
IEEE, vice president of the IEEE Solid-State Circuits
Society and serves on the board of Integrated Silicon
Solution, Inc. (ISSI). He is a world-renowned expert in
analog circuit design, including both high-frequency and
baseband
analog architectures. Prior to joining Stanford University,
Dr. Wooley spent 14 years with Bell Laboratories.
