Atheros Schedules First Quarter 2005 Conference Call for April 25

SUNNYVALE, Calif. – April 8, 2005 – Atheros Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATHR), a leading developer of advanced wireless solutions, has scheduled its first quarter financial results conference call for Monday, April 25, 2005 at 2 p.m. Pacific time.  Atheros will release the company’s first quarter 2005 financial results at approximately 1 p.m. Pacific time.
