Atheros Schedules Second Quarter 2005 Conference Call for July 25, 2005

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – July 11, 2005 – Atheros Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATHR), a leading developer of advanced wireless solutions, has scheduled its second quarter financial results conference call for Monday, July 25, 2005 at 2 p.m. Pacific time.  Atheros will release the company’s second quarter 2005 financial results at approximately 1 p.m. Pacific time.
