Atheros Schedules Second Quarter 2007 Conference Call for July 23, 2007

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – July 6, 2007 – Atheros Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATHR), a leading developer of advanced wireless solutions, has scheduled its second quarter 2007 financial results conference call for Monday, July 23, 2007 at 2 p.m. Pacific time.  Atheros will release the company’s second quarter financial results at approximately 1 p.m. Pacific time.
