Atheros to Present at Upcoming Investor Conferences

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Sept. 10, 2007 – Atheros Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATHR), a leading developer of advanced wireless solutions, today announced that Dr. Craig Barratt, president and chief executive officer, will present at the ThinkEquity Partners 5th Annual Growth Conference on Monday, Sept. 17, at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco.

On Tuesday, Sept. 18, Jack Lazar, vice president and chief financial officer, will present at the A.G. Edwards 2nd Annual Emerging Growth Conference at the New York Palace Hotel.
