Atheros Communications to Present at Upcoming Financial Conferences

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Nov. 29, 2005 – Atheros Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATHR), a leading developer of advanced wireless solutions, today announced that Jack Lazar, vice president and chief financial officer, will present at the First Albany Capital Annual Growth Conference on Tuesday, Dec. 6 at The Mandarin Oriental in New York. On Thursday, Dec. 8  Dr. Craig Barratt, president and CEO of Atheros, will present at the Lehman Brothers 2005 Global Technology Conference at The Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco.
