Atheros to Present at Upcoming Investor Conferences

SANTA CLARA, Calif., May 10, 2007 – Atheros Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATHR), a leading developer of advanced wireless solutions, today announced that Jack Lazar, vice president and chief financial officer, will present at the Credit Suisse Semiconductor and Supply-Chain Summit on Tuesday, May 15, at the Credit Suisse offices in New York. 

On Thursday, May 17, Dr. Craig Barratt, president and chief executive officer, will present at the Deutsche Bank 2007 Technology conference at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco.

The presentation at the Credit Suisse Summit is scheduled for May 15 at 1:30 p.m. Eastern time. The presentation at the Deutsche Bank conference is scheduled for May 17 at 9:20 a.m. Pacific time.
