Atheros to Present at Upcoming
Investor Conferences

– Atheros Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATHR), a leading developer of
advanced wireless solutions, today announced that Dr. Craig Barratt, president
and chief executive officer and Jack Lazar, vice president and chief financial
officer, will present at the Morgan Stanley Semiconductor & Systems Conference
on Monday, March 6 at the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort & Spa in Dana Point,
Calif. On Wednesday, March 15, Jack Lazar will present at the 2006 Deutsche
Bank Technology Conference at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Miami.
The Morgan Stanley presentation is scheduled for 10:30 a.m.
Pacific time and the Deutsche Bank presentation is scheduled for 9:10 a.m.
